The Palace, in an elevated position, is located in the Contrada once called "Bellamira", a geographically privileged place, located on a pleasant natural balcony.

The Contrada received this name because, overlooking the edge of a promontory, it did not have and still does not have any obstacle between itself and the incomparable panorama of the Orobie Alps in front, always exposed to the warm rays of the sun which climb the walls of the buildings and penetrate inside the rooms.

The result is a mild climate despite the altitude of over 800 metres, but above all healthy as it is dry and has little rain, capable of providing cool summers and pleasant winters.
